This project took some time but it ended up being one of the nicest. Sub contracted the hardwood floors to a guy with decades of experience. We did a #bona commercial natural finish on 100 y/o maple floors. I sub contracted the electrical because we converted from knob and tube to a breaker panel and brought everything to code in the kitchen and the bath.
