So much of our warm weather or summer business is fixing siding. Often shady parts of homes have a snow load. That is a good thing because your place is keeping heat in. But unfortunately when there is snow load or an accumulation of snow on areas of your roof it means more maintenance. Snow spending a couple weeks or months up against your siding means you really need to inspect it and see if your caulking and paint are holding up in those areas. They can go bad way before your whole exterior needs to be repainted.
